1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CONNECTRA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the creators of CONNECTRA ("the Providers").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CONNECTRA. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using this Platform. The Providers reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts of users who fail to comply with this requirement.

3. Account Registration & Data Collection

By creating an account on CONNECTRA, you consent to the following:

• Data Collection: We collect and store your account information (name, email, profile picture), registration date, last sign-in time, and session data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
• Session Monitoring: Your video chat sessions (start time, duration, participants) may be monitored and logged for platform analytics, quality assurance, and safety purposes. Video/audio content is not recorded.
• Administrative Review: Your account information and session history may be reviewed by Platform administrators at any time.

4. Account Termination

The Providers reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct (harassment, illegal activity, abuse).
• Receiving complaints from other users.
• Administrative discretion for platform safety.
• Inactive accounts may be removed at our discretion.

Upon termination, you will no longer be able to access the Platform. To regain access, you must create a new account (if permitted). No refunds or compensation will be provided for terminated accounts.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Providers expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any content posted, shared, or transmitted by users.
• Any interactions, disputes, or harm resulting from contact with other users.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Platform.
• Any actions taken by other users, including recording or screenshotting your video calls.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. User Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Platform.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your content or actions caused damage to a third party.
• Any illegal activities conducted through your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
• Transmit any content involving minors in any harmful or inappropriate context.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with the Platform.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform.
• Circumvent any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without explicit written permission.

9. No Professional Advice

The Platform is designed for social connection and entertainment purposes only. It is not intended to provide professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Reliance on any information provided by the Platform or other users is solely at your own risk.

10. Modifications to Terms

The Providers reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against the Providers.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
